The Pryor Group has an exemplary safety record and a safety culture that is deeply ingrained throughout the organisation.

Our commitment to safety is recognised by a number of accredited safety schemes, such as RoSPA and CHAS, as well as membership of the CPA, CECA and other trade associations.

All employees receive occupation or trade training and regular toolbox talks. The appropriate National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are used to augment any basic skills training or management training to ensure competence at all levels within the Group.

The Group’s Health, Safety & Training Department plays a key role in all business activities. The high standards of our training programmes are well known throughout the industry and many other companies take full advantage of these well-developed systems.

We provide health, safety and training consultancy services and advice to companies in construction, manufacturing, engineering, retail, wholesale, security, and other industries. Training can be provided off site at specialised training centres or delivered direct to site by our highly qualified Health and Safety Advisors

External Safety Consultants perform regular audits to check compliance and performance against internal safety management systems and quality procedures. ISO 9001 quality standards run through the heart of everything we do.

Regular safety meetings are held with management and elected employees, which helps the Group focus on safety and maintain high safety standards.
