Haulage

The Pryor Group has a long history in haulage and can offer a broad range of transportation solutions to meet all our customers’ requirements.

The Group operates an extensive, modern LEZ compliant transport fleet. Our 8 wheel tippers exceed the latest low emission standards. Our 32 tonne crane / plant lorries have a reach of 18.95 metres and a lifting range of 16.3 tonnes at 2.3 metres to 1.25 tonnes at 18.95 metres. Our low loaders can carry up to 120 tonnes, providing an efficient solution for heavy and wide load movements.

Operators are SAFED trained and are certificated to EPIC and SPA standards and ADR trained to transport fuel bowsers.

The Group’s haulage division will supply and transport various types of material, including topsoil, aggregates and recycled building materials. Inert material can be removed for disposal to licensed landfill facilities.

8 Wheel Tippers

Our large fleet of 8 wheel tippers is equipped with:

  • On board tracking systems

Crane / Plant Lorries

Our 32 tonne crane / plant lorries are extremely versatile and can carry a wide variety of loads. Outfitted with a heavy-duty crane, these vehicles can move almost any regular equipment on and off site.

Other features include:

  • 7.6 metre (25 ft) cheese wedge plant bed
  • 2.5 metre x 1.0 metre loading ramps
  • PM45 lifting crane with seven extensions
  • 15000 lb hydraulic winch
  • Hydraulic boom
  • Fully remote controlled

Our low loaders are equipped to deal with all aspects of heavy and wide loads and include the following:

  • GCW 120 tonne Nooteboom 4 axle self steer trailer plus optional jeep dolly
